QA Statement

Our prime objectives are to provide a flexible and adaptable facility that meets our customers’ requirements in a fast, efficient, cost-effective and reliable manner.

In order to achieve this objective we have successfully established, implemented and maintained an effective quality assurance program planned and developed in conjunction with all management functions, to prevent rather than detect non-conformance.

The responsibility for, and commitment to, quality is shared by all members of our organisation so that all aspects of our quality assurance system are developed in consultation and agreement with the staff involved in the process concerned.

We are fully committed to the implementation and maintenance of the quality assurance program.  This quality assurance program is firmly based upon the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9002:1994 and, with ISO 9001:2000 accreditation in engineering, ship repair and diving, the highest quality is assured at all times.
