History

Our parent company, The Simmons Group Pty Ltd (TSG) was incorporated and commenced operation in 1999. During the following year we combined several separate operating units into our current service-based division structure.

In 2006 TSG acquired existing West Australian company the Key Group following a strategic decision to expand our capabilities by acquisition.

The value added by merging the two companies allows TSG Key Group to undertake the majority of projects in-house. We have developed into a specialist company capable of delivering complete project management and the complete execution of turnkey-style projects, on-time and within budget.
